Multi-Station Fixture
In order to maximize floorspace usage and increase machine productivity, a fixture can be designed with multiple stations. By implementing multiple stations into a single fixture, multiple parts can be processed at the same time. These parts can have the same function performed or each station can be designed to perform a specific function.
In the example video below, each station performs a specific function. The machine is a culmination of three separate actions with addition of a loading/unloading station for the operator. If desired, a robot can be incorporated into this design to load parts, unload parts, and palletize completed parts.
